Booking Exams - The Real Estate Training Institute is also an Provincal Examination Centre. We hold exams Monday through Friday at 9am & 12:30pm excluding holidays. Please, call a couple of days in advance to book your exam time. Please, arrive 10 minutes prior to complete the registration. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 administration fee. AREA's Associate Exams and Broker Provincial Qualifying exams are $125.00 + tax. AREA's Broker module exams are $55.00 + tax and RECA's examinations are $52.50.

If you are later then 10 minutes for your scheduled exam time you will not be able to write your exam.
